As an independent management consultant, facilitator and trainer, I have worked with more than 80 caring organizations and collaborations – primarily in the summer camp and health sectors.
I have over 20 years of experience in emergency management, including as Manager of Emergency Response & Recovery with Ontario’s Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care.
In addition to my independent work, I am:
- Part-Time Faculty at the Schulich School of Business
- President / Managing Partner and Consultant with the Camp Safety Network
- Steering Committee Chair with Independent Nonprofit Consultants
I have a Bachelor of Science, a Master of Social Work, a Master of Business Administration, a Certificate in Workplace Coaching and a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Toronto and York University. I have additional certifications in occupational health & safety, psychological health & safety, emergency management training, and food safety. I have also completed the ICA Associates' Professional Facilitator Program.
